Informal Resolution: Before taking legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally for a period of 180 days.

Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes will be exclusively handled by the ICAC (Brussels). The details of the arbitration, such as the number of arbitrators, seat, and language, will be determined at the time of filing. Certain disputes, such as those related to intellectual property or requests for injunctive relief, may be brought directly to court.
