Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
⏱️1. Cancellation & Modification Window
At Wearglowup, we provide customers with a 12-hour grace period following the placement of an order to request modifications or a cancellation at no charge.
Once this 12-hour window has passed, the order may proceed to production, at which point we can no longer guarantee that changes can be implemented.
✍️2. Procedure for Requesting Changes
To request a change or cancellation, you must contact our customer support team within the specified grace period. Please send your request via email to [email protected] or submit a form on our Contact Us page with your order details.
📍3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are unable to modify a shipping address after an order has entered the production stage.
Please Note: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any fees associated with reshipping the package will be the customer's responsibility.
