Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We begin processing your order during our business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST) (Mon – Fri).

Orders placed after cut-off time 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

⏱️Handling & Transit Time

• Handling Time: 1–5 business days
• Transit Time: 7–15 business days

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended. We’ll always keep you informed via email.

We offer Flat Rate Standard Shipping at $9.95 for all orders — no minimum purchase required.

📦Order Tracking

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may also track your order via our Order Tracking page .

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking number is not yet active, the carrier may not have scanned the package into their system.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival window, please contact us for assistance.
